A prestigious race tour for historic cars
7-9 September 2010

Spectators

Tour Britannia is essentially a non-spectator event as most of the Stages are on private land.

Many residents come out and watch the cars go by their homes on the road sections – indeed, some organise roadside “get togethers” to celebrate the Tour Passing through.

Although schools are only back a few days, they do projects on our route, the cars, their origin and history.

We even have elderly sitting lined up outside Old Peoples Homes along the way.

However, this year spectating is possible around mid-day at Anglesey circuit and at The Great Orme Marine Drive mid afternoon on Wednesday 8th of September and at Mallory Park from mid afternoon on Thursday 9th September.

If enthusiasts wish to become part of this unique event and get close to the action at other venues, marshals are needed at the race circuits, and stages, on road regularities and in the paddock. If you wish to join our ranks of marshals, please go to the Marshals’ section of the website where further details can be found on how to apply.
